Snapshots - Downtown Tampa

Greetings from the Hermit-Writer. [Dec 07 hike] Things that caught my eye.

The bridge leading to Harbour Island.

Cafe seating on Franklin Street

The Franklin Street Fountain

I loved the mix of red brick, green glass, with the naked fall tree

Phunny...do you have your Hurricane kit in order?

The colors near Channel Side is cool.

Loved this color juxtaposed against all the bare concrete

Lots of lines

  4. Wow. I like seeing the town that my exhusband loved so much. I can see why. Beautiful especially the bridge and buildings.

  5. The apartment building looks really cold to me...way to modern. And I love, love, love the fountains. Great pictures of random spots.

  6. It looks really nice there and I love the fountain. Lots of mixed architecture but I prefer the older style buildings.

  7. Tampa, it has an interesting history infused with cynicism and self interest. Then again, that's what history is largely about. :)

  13. Oh, how I would love to be sitting in that café right now. The sunshine tanning my arms whilst I drink a Latté and think. It's windy, rainy and downright miserable weather over here. Thank you for brightening my day :)
