Wow. I dont think I've ever received such an adjective. Thanks. Of course, it's a reflection on how beautiful Lucy is, I know, but I did do the kneeling to get that angle *big grin*
Awesome pictures!!! Do leaves change where you are in Florida? The leaves are pretty much finished with their pretty phase here in Nashville--the trees are starting to get their bare winter look, even though it's still 80 degrees here!
Our forests are mostly oaks and pine...so no gorgeous colors. But in the swamps/rivers the cypress turn red, and the odd softwood gives us some yellow and orange...but nothing as dramatic as up north. I'll have to post some of my Florida fall photos :O)
Actually, I took that picture a couple of weeks ago to. The post got in the queue and just sat there a while...but finally saw the day of light *big smile*
I took the shot...went in and got my milkjug of seed and filled all four feeders. So, he gave me a song.
You must be one busy hermit writing dude! I left a comment here this morning, and it's not here! I just had to drop by again, because you have missed my Gnome filled post of today! When you free up check this out, http://twincitiesblather.blogspot.com/2014/10/good-fences-29-9-october-2014.html
I have the same question, Mike. My wife puts out a new flag about every two weeks. I think that covers all the holidays, change of seasons. I don't ask my wife why, I just nod and say, "Yes, dear."
I love the cute wren and your puppy dog! Pretty blooms, nice collection of images!
ReplyDeleteThat wrens a perky looking chap or chapess!

PS: nice picture!!

DeleteDude, get that feeder filled!

DeleteAnd he gave me a song
Yes, dear one, dad never has enough, you should know that by now.
ReplyDeleteThat first picture of the dog is extraordinary

DeleteFar too much reflection from the car's headlights to require a wash.
ReplyDeleteNot a car...a motorcycle...and they're supposed to be shiny...so out comes the wash bucket :)
DeleteFun, random photos!! My fall flag has been in place for 2 weeks now :-)
ReplyDeleteAnd you should feed that wren, after posing so beautifully for your picture!!

ReplyDeleteHey...I've had to report early to jury duty and held late the last two days, so I haven't been on line. I'll get to ya ... you know me. :O)
DeleteGreat pics. What's a fall flag? I know "fall" is a foreign (tee hee) expression meaning ''autumn'", but why does it need a flag?
