Is that a parrot in in the second shot? I sure didn't see any of those when I was in Florida! It's another great shot of a Great Blue! And I, too, liked the one of the red leave. That color just pops in that image.
You can find plenty of parrots around down here. At one of my favorite uni golf courses here in central Tampa, there is a colony on one tee that makes such a racket it's impossible to concentrate on your drive. But they are fun to watch. They are so social. A real blast.
